Between languages and cultures
For what is now almost 20 years, I have been dealing with applied linguistics, especially with translations. In Italy, in addition to a first professional specialisation as a conference interpreter, I translated mainly literary texts and texts in art history while studying languages at the University of Florence.
Subsequently and due to my long-standing experience at a Zurich law firm, I turned to technical translations in the fields of law and business, a second specialisation that I was able to complete with a CAS (Certificate for Advanced Studies) in professional translation in the areas of law, economics and technology.
